I grew up reading my local paper in England, The Cambridge Evening News, and today there is an article on myself and my mum and her triumph over cancer. So if you are in the Cambridge area please pick up a copy at your local newsagent. This particular story is only available in print.

Cambridge is such a beautiful city and if you have not been it is certainly worth a visit.

Happy New Year!

I am so happy 2011 is here. For Christmas I had the best gift ever...my mum was fighting Ovarian Cancer last year and a week before Christmas we were told that she is now in remission. I feel like I can spread my wings and fly again. As I hug 2011 and smile at the opportunities that are ahead, I know that nothing is a problem if you have your health. I feel empowered and absolutely inspired by my mums courage.
